Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Jay Robert Walker (Blairmore, Alberta), born in Lethbridge, Alberta, who passed away at the age of 56, on May 20, 2019. He was predeceased by: his father Garnet Walker; and his parents-in-law, Dolores Schwartz and Peter Schwartz. He is survived by: his daughters, Jacquelyn Hall (Brandon), Stavely, Jennifer Walker, Saskatoon and Rachel Walker (Colin); his mother Jane Walker; his siblings-in-law, Janice McIntosh (Reese), Coaldale, Carolyn Taylor (Zane), Okotoks and Lee Schwartz; and his aunts, Ettie Mae Ellis, Lethbridge, Ethel Walker of Tisdale, SK, Alice Anderson and Claresholm. He is also survived by nieces, 3 great nieces, numerous cousins.
A Celebration of Jay's life will be held at the Stavely Community Hall - 5101 52 St, Stavely, AB T0L 1Z0 on Friday, May 31st at 2:00 P.M. If desired, donations may be made in Jay's memory to the RCMP Foundation for the benefit of children and youth at risk.
