It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Emma Schafer (Blairmore, Alberta), who passed away on June 11, 2021, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her sister Russians; her husband Kasimir; and her siblings, Erika, Lotta and Siggy (DiDi).
She is survived by: her siblings, Ulla (Alex), Eugi (Addy), Willie (Anne), Horst and Ede (Anita); her niece Dixie McClinchey (Randy); her great-nieces, Sarah (Jance) and Aurora (AJ); her son Jim Schafer (Colleen); her grandsons, Mike (Christine), Steve (Sally) and Brandon (Melissa); her daughter Rose House (Ben); her grandchildren, Jen, Trevor (Katie-Jo), Steven (Laura) and Russ (Vanessa); and her great great grandchild T. J.. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews; her children and grandchildren.
