He was predeceased by: his parents, John Moore and Margaret Moore; his sons, Robert Moore and Earl Moore; his grandchildren, Russell Polsfut, Dakota Soare and Terry Knorr; and his brothers, Clinton Moore, Donnie Dearing, Ronnie Dearing, George Dearing, Jerry Dearing and Kenny Dearing.

He is survived by: his wife Eileen Moore; his children, James Moore (Margaret), Dean Moore (Tammy), Faye Zamikousky and Kathleen Moore; his grandchildren, Penny, Allen, Rosemary, Shelly, Jesslyn, Austin, Robert, Ashley, Amanda, Ryan, Stephanie, Curtis, Amy, Tanya and Christine; his sister Esther; and his close friends, Daisy and Tim Caron. He is also survived by twenty-one great-grandchildren.
