It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Lyle Pickering of Blackfalds, Alberta, born in Chaplin, Saskatchewan, who passed away on May 17, 2021, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Elmer Pickering and Verna Pickering; and his brother Dennis Pickering. He is survived by: his wife Olga; his daughters, Sheila (Denis) of Blackfalds, Diane of Edmonton and Debbie of Edmonton; his grandchildren, Luke and Laura Garzón of Blackfalds; and his sister June Wilson of Windsor, Ontario..
