He was predeceased by: his parents, Art Gustafson and Irene Gustafson; and his brothers, Bryan, Clare and Mike Gustafson.

He is survived by: his sister Coleen Douglas (Dave) of Red Deer. He is also survived by his aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews.
