Darren Leslie Bertelsen Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Darren Leslie Bertelsen of Blackfalds, Alberta, who passed away on February 16, 2021, at the age of 43, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his father Lynn Bertelsen. He is survived by: his wife Karlee Bertelsen; his children, Jackson and Kennedy of Blackfalds; his mother Norma Olson of Lloydminster; his siblings, Deanna Brennan (Ryan) of Salmon Arm and Lyle Bertelsen (Robyn) of Lloydminster; his parents-in-law, Alex and Marj Krykowski of Lloydminster; and his sisters-in-law, Jenell Lumgair (Arthur) of Lloydminster, Stephanie Patel (Avi) of Edmonton and Leanne Aminiel (Baraka) of St. Paul. He is also survived by his nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.

Due to Covid-19 restrictions a private service is being held at Creech's Funeral Home, Lloydminster.
