He was predeceased by: his significant other Trudy Dunsmore; his brother Jack McNeill; and his parents, Altine McNeill and Wilbor McNeill. He is survived by: his children, Echo Chapman (Ron) and Garth McNeill (Jacqueline Thompson); his sister Lorraine Vanstone; and his sister-in-law Andrea McNeill. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, 5 grandchildren and one great grandchild.
