He was predeceased by: his parents, Roland Noel and Helen Noel; his wife Maryanne; and his brothers, Ronny Noel and Ernie Noel.
He is survived by: his children, Stephen (Christine) and Jennifer (Steven); his grandchildren, Zachary, Isabelle, Xavier, Eve, Declan and Sarah; and his brothers, Brian Noel and Darren Noel. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
