Shirley Schiestel Obituary

With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Shirley Schiestel of Bentley, Alberta, born in Oxbow, Saskatchewan, who passed away on November 2, 2021 at the age of 69. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward Holtz and Dorothy Holtz; and her sister Linda Macleod. She is survived by: her children, Steve Schiestel (Priscilla) of Eckville, Alberta and Angela Wood (Mike) of Bentley, Alberta; her granddaughters, Dakota, Kaitlyn and Riata; her great grandchild Freya; her brother Les Holtz (Sandra) of Estevan, Saskatchewan; the father of her children Les Schiestel of Eckville, Alberta; and her friend Paige Zuber of Sylvan Lake. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
