She is survived by: her sons, Roger Allen Ellsworth (Cheryl) and Merle Ray Ellsworth (Pat); her grandchildren, Patricia (Kelly), Daniel (Kim), Sheri (Trevor), Cody, Aimee, Jennifer and Michael; and her great grandchildren, Brett, Carson, Justin, Candace, Josh, Taylor, Madison and Scott.
