He was predeceased by: his brother Clifford (Brenda); his wife Mona; his parents, Max and Phyllis; and his brother Grant.
He is survived by: his grandchildren, Shelly (Brad), Ricky and Phillip Jr.. He is also survived by nieces and nephews, as well as extended family and friends.
