He was predeceased by: his parents, Mary Kalynchuk and Nicholas Kalynchuk; and his brothers, Fred, Alex and Albert.
He is survived by: his wife Janis "Janna"; his siblings, Alice, John, Margaret, Helen, Ron, Jerry, Ester, Ernie, Linda and Rick; his nephew Derek; his daughters, Amber and Andrea; the mother of his child Donna; and his brothers, Greg Blaine, Neil and Matthew. He is also survived by Numerous other nieces and nephews.
