It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joan Winnefred Young of Beaverlodge, Alberta, born in Meadow Lake, Saskatchewan, who passed away on November 12, 2022, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Jack Warden and Florence Warden of North Battleford, SK; her brother John Warden; and her son Kent McKay. She is survived by: her son Wade McKay; her daughter-in-law Tammy McKay; her stepdaughters, Natalie Mayne (Darcy) and Dawn Marie Westad (Mike); her stepgrandchildren, Courtney Erickson (Thayne) and Justin Mayne; her close friend Margie Fleetwood; and her niece Kathleen Kemp.
