He is survived by: his wife Marie Cage; his children, Gary Collins (Mandy), Rick Collins (Marilyn), Gordon Collins (Gina), Robert Collins (Candice) and Jo Anne Pavlis (Brian); and his brother Howard Collins (Marlene). He is also survived by 13 Grandchildren, 11 Great-grandchildren.
