He was predeceased by: his wife Elisabeth; and his siblings, Rudy (Edmonton), Ewald and Clara (Germany). He is survived by: his uncle Wilhelm Lieske (AB); his niece Deb (Garth); his great-nieces, Kendra and Yvonne; his nephew Robert (Gena); his great-nephews, Drayton and Devon; and his aunt Elisabeth. He is also survived by his parents, younger twin sister and brother.
