She was predeceased by: her husband Dave Mallette; her parents, Mike Horoszko and Mary Horoszko; her sister Patricia Woroch; and her nephew Lucas Kuchmak.
She is survived by: her stepsons, David, Keith and Brian Mallette; her sister Judy Kuchmak; her mother-in-law Louise Little; her sisters-in-law, Jane Mallette, Elsie Mallette, Ruth Mallette and Heather Mallette; and her godson Nickolas Woloszyn. She is also survived by her many nieces and nephews.
