She was predeceased by: her father Morley Douglas. She is survived by: her mother Emily Douglas; her siblings, Mark Douglas (Shirley) and Kristine Ouellette (Len); her nephews, Colin Ouellette and Russ Mann (Jocelynn); her niece Keltie Lambert (Kane); her sister Jodi Christensen (Wendell); her niece Jennaya; and her nephew Austin. She is also survived by her family and friends.

Leslie requested that in lieu of flowers, people consider a donation to Second Chance Animal Rescue Society (SCARS) or Zoe's Animal Rescue.
