He was predeceased by: his parents, Sidney Lewis and Rena Lewis; and his granddaughters, Aimee and Alisha. He is survived by: his wife Kaye Lewis; his sons, Derek (Christine) and Darryl (Marcie); and his grandsons, Aaron, Aiden and Riley. He is also survived by numerous other family members and friends.
