He was predeceased by: his parents, Margaret Olson and Sven Olson; and his siblings-in-law, Jim Larsen, Len Pawloske and Karen Olson.
He is survived by: his siblings, Gary Olson (Ruth) of Myrnam, Gartley Olson (Marcia) of Sprague, Grant Olson of Beaumont, Diana Claerhout (Clarence) of Wetaskiwin, Tressa Larsen-Pawloske of Wetaskiwin and Sandra Olson (Amanda Valente) of Holden.
