She was predeceased by: her parents, Lawerence Franz and Edith Franz; her son Terence Lonsdale; her brother Ivor Franz; her siblings-in-law, Floyd Lonsdale, Lila Lonsdale and Rebecca Lonsdale; and her nephew Rolly Lonsdale.
She is survived by: her husband Thomas Lonsdale; her children, Stuart Lonsdale (Dawne) and Joyce Calkins (Timothy); her grandchildren, Nolan Lonsdale (Renae), Riley Lonsdale, Eden Newberry, Eilidh and Emerson Calkins; her great grandchildren, Cohen Lonsdale and Bennett Lonsdale; her sister Dorthy Miles (Duane); her nieces and nephews, Candace McNary, Alicia Navin, Cody Miles (Breanna), Dalton Horn (Brandi) and Steven Horn (Pam); and her sisters-in-law, Marjorie Horn (Bruce) and Lorna Navin (Patrick). She is also survived by many cousins and uncles and aunts.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests donations to the Stollery Children's Hospital – Edmonton (in honorarium) and the Bashaw Community Church. .
