With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Luke Zepherin Dionne (Barrhead, Alberta), born in Lac la Biche, Alberta, who passed away on September 11, 2018 at the age of 90. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Luc Dionne and Emma Dionne; and his siblings, Albert, Raymond, Phillip, Camille, Josephine and Yvonne.
He is survived by: his wife Amelia (Milly); his children, Elaine Visser (Allan), Diane Krasnow (Dale), Alan Dionne (Kim), Esther Lane (Bill), Debbie Cartwright (Kevin), Tim Dionne (Alanna) and Jody Dionne; his grandchildren, Candace Mack (Kyle), Nicole Visser, Tina Krasnow, Brandi Becker (Kenny), Tesse Dionne, Luke Dionne (Kaitlyn), Katie Bakken (Jay), Chelsey Dionne (Nathan), Jaimie Ochremchuk (Jeremy), Chantelle Grieves (Brian), Angie Cartwright, Nicole Dunham (Rob), Travis Dionne, Brittany Vasquez (Alfonso) and Cori Dionne; and his sisters, Marie LaPlante of White Rock, BC and Rose Freeman of Olds, AB. He is also survived by many nephews and nieces.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be made to the Barrhead Continuing Care Centre or the Barrhead Hospital.
