She is survived by: her spouse Donald Ballard; her daughters, Donna (Mark), Debra, Darlene and Lori (Tom); her grandchildren, Jason, Tanya, Tyler, Jolene, Ryley, Jas, Aimee and Kyley; her great grandchildren, Brennen, Morgan, Teagan, Jonah, Addy, Ellie, Paige, Mykai, Jordan, Damian, McKenna, Emerson, Will and Ethan; her siblings, Esther Page (Art), Lillian Thomson and Ralph Johnson (Connie); and her nieces, Blaine, Ronald, Gordon, Becky and Mason.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Athabasca Palliative Care Unit or the Athabasca Hospital Auxiliary.
