Sarah Lynne Opyr Obituary

We are sad to announce that on January 7, 2025, at the age of 35, Sarah Lynne Opyr (Athabasca, Alberta) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

In the sacred silence of farewell, Sarah is released into the embrace of eternity, knowing that her light will continue to shine brightly in the tapestry of the lives of her loved ones. And as her memory is carried forward, may comfort be found in the knowledge that love is eternal, and that Sarah's spirit lives on in the beauty that surrounds us.

She was loved and cherished by many people including her husband and daughter, her parents, her brother and sister-in-law, nieces and many other relatives and friends.

A celebration of life was held on Monday, January 13th 2025 at 11:30 AM at the Athabasca Missionary Church (4008 51 Ave, Athabasca, AB T9S1M2).

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Athabasca Healthcare Centre Auxiliary Association.
