Peter Eugene Opryshko Obituary

It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Peter Eugene Opryshko (Athabasca, Alberta), who passed away on September 5, 2024, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

In the sacred silence of farewell, Peter is released into the embrace of eternity, knowing that his light will continue to shine brightly in the tapestry of the lives of his loved ones. And as his memory is carried forward, may comfort be found in the knowledge that love is eternal, and that Peter's spirit lives on in the beauty that surrounds us.

He is survived by: his wife Donna; his children, Anna (Gilbert) and Stefan (Krystal); his grandson Xavier; and his sisters, Rose and Olga (Gordon). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.

A funeral service was held on Saturday, September 14th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Holy Trinity Ukrainian Catholic Church.
