Kenneth Thomas Purdy Obituary

We are sad to announce that on July 25, 2024, at the age of 79, Kenneth Thomas Purdy of Athabasca, Alberta passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Bill Purdy and Mary Purdy; the mother of his children Shirley; his brother Allan; and his in-laws, Bill, Anne Bahry, Tom, Jackie Bahry, John Reneau and Pete Yowney.

He is survived by: his wife Gayle; his children, Donny Purdy (Mel), Victor Purdy (Jody), Trevor Purdy (Lori Pelletier), Jolene Deren, Billy-Joe Deren (Mikaela Levesque) and Crystal Deren (Brad Davis); his grandchildren, William, Joseph, Daryl, Tana, Jordan, Rose, Cameron, Brett, Abbigayle, Marc Pelletier (Rachel) and Kaitlyn Leicht (Ty); his great grandchildren, Trayton, Myah, Toby, Mariah and Thea; his siblings, Carol Yowney and Art Purdy (Marie); and his aunts, Alma Butters and Maureen Webber. He is also survived by Numerous in-laws, nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
