She is survived by: her children, Kevin and Barbara (Wes); her brother Richard (Sharon); her grandchildren, Tyler (Talia) and Corrine (Rylan); her great grandchildren, Tenley, Tate, Marah, Bennett, Iver and Sutter; her daughter-in-law Deb; her grandchildren, Dane (Stacy) and Rylan; her stepchildren, Jim (Lil), Leon (Sally) and Brenda (Brian); her stepgrandchildren, Dallas (Ashley), Jake (Anne Catherine), Nicole (Adam), Matthew (Romy), Jessie and Kate; and her stepgreat-grandchildren, Ryleigh and Zackary.

In lieu of flowers, donations in Alvina's honor may be made to the Alzheimer Society.
