He is survived by: his wife Kristy; his daughters, Rhylie, Khylie and Avery; his parents, Virginia (Dan) and Wayne; and his siblings, Megan (Preston), Emily (Kelly), Joshua, Hannah and Mya. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, cousins, extended family and many, many friends.
