She was predeceased by: her husband John Prockiw; her parents, Albert Cooley and Sarah Cooley; and her sisters, Donna Gates and Delores McColman.
She is survived by: her children, David Prockiw, John Prockiw, Danny Prockiw (Anna) and Katrina Prockiw; her grandchildren, AJ, Jeff, Hannah, Gregor, John and Walter; her siblings, Robert Cooley (Elva), Kelly (Therese), Billie Cooley Winfield (Brent) and Jackie Cooley McCann (Jim); and her brother-in-law Alvin McColman. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews.
