He was predeceased by: his parents, Norris Marsh and Hannah Marsh (Joan); and his son Dexter. He is survived by: his children, Elton (Charmaine), Mike, Willard (Laurene) and Lyla Webster (Scott). He is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren.
