She was predeceased by: her husband Glenn; her son Tim; her parents, Lilli Sorensen and Ingeman Sorensen; and her siblings, Ruth and Gordon.

She is survived by: her daughters, Ellen (Aroon) and Gaylene (Will); her adoptive son Jeff (Jody); and her siblings, Doris and Carl.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Glory Lutheran Church, Canadian Lutheran World Relief, or a charity of one's choice.
