He was predeceased by: his father Russell Mutch; and his sister Deborah Cusson. He is survived by: his wife Teresa Mutch; his daughters, Darci Mutch (Koby Brundige) and Dallas Mutch; his mother Dolores Pollon (George); and his siblings, Ken Mutch and Heather Mutch. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and dear friends.
