It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Eldon James Schweigert of Ardmore, Alberta, who passed away on May 13, 2023, at the age of 74, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his wife Dora Schweigert; his grandson Russel Tallmadge; his parents, Dora Schweigert and Alex Schweigert; and his siblings, Shirley Adrian and Steve Schweigert.

He is survived by: his children, Donald Schweigert (Tracy) of Grimshaw, Jenny Schweigert (Nick Jordan) of Beaverdam, Delila Roux (Jamie) of Fort Kent and Rose Schweigert of Ardmore; his grandchildren, Amanda, Samantha, Michelle, Amber, Steven, Micheal, Austin, Crystal, Megan, Jesse and Alexander; his great grandchildren, Emberly and Hailey; and his sister Judy Roux (Paul).
