She was predeceased by: her parents, Alex Stefaniuk and Katie Stefaniuk; her in-laws, Nick and Annie Lastiwka; her siblings, Metro Stefaniuk (Joyce), George Stefaniuk, Eugene Stefaniuk and Marion Swaile (Jim); and her sister-in-law Myrtle Stefaniuk.
She is survived by: her husband Jerry; her sons, Kevin and Trevor (Candace); her granddaughter Payton (Brandon); her great grandchild Ella Dianna; her brothers, Ed Stefaniuk and Leonard Stefaniuk (Geraldine); and her sister-in-law Bev Semeniuk. She is also survived by many relatives, in-laws, and friends.
