He was predeceased by: his parents, Todor and Magdalena; and his siblings, Bill, Andy, Metro, Marie, Anne, Lillian and Katherine.

He is survived by: his wife Victoria; his stepsons, Michael Smilar (Erin) and Wayne Smilar (Starla); his stepgrandchildren, Brittany, Kyle, Jordyn, Delia and Arabella; his siblings, John (Denise), Sandy Thack and Doris Wilson (Bruce); and his sister-in-law Gloria Koshman. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, extended family & friends.
