He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond McMillan and Gertrude McMillan; his siblings, Howard McMillan, Clifford McMillan, Mervyn McMillan, Don McMillan and Marlene Harmon; and his aunt Norena Radu.
He is survived by: his wife Marlatt; and his sister Carol Munro (Gary) of Langdon, AB. He is also survived by extended family and friends.
