She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Harold MacKenzie of Springhill, NS and Lea Elodie (Frappier) of Montreal, PQ; her stepfather Victor Armstrong; her stepsister Joan; her father-in-law David Seymour Bazeley; her daughter Leanne Margaret Bazeley; her stepchildren, George, Mary Carnegie (Edmonton) and Pollyanna Peters (late Ardrossan); her grandchildren, Steven Carnegie (Edmonton), Jessie, Cody and Fox Peters (Edmonton); her siblings, Doris (Roy Bain), Charlie (Claris Carnegie), Francis and George (Nora Carnegie); and her cousins, Jim Wark and Mary. She was also cherished by nieces and nephews.
Prior to Covid, Leanne named Wednesdays "Carnie-day;" on this day Mary would spend hours poking around Walmart while Leanne & Jim waited patiently in the car.
