She was predeceased by: her parents, Elizabeth O'Donnell and Dominick O'Donnell; her siblings, John O'Donnell, Nan Quinn, Frances Rothery and Ellen O'Donnell; and her brother-in-law Clare Braniff.
She is survived by: her husband Ken Steel of Airdrie, AB; her daughter Frances; her son-in-law Andy Pittman of Picture Butte, AB; her son Mark; her daughter-in-law Sara Steel of Beiseker, AB; her granddaughters, Elizabeth Pittman (Mike McKinnon) of Victoria, BC and Sarah Pittman (Aaron Petrowitsch) of Calgary; her sisters, Kay Braniff of Calgary, Maggie Daubert (Bryan) of Irricana and Teasie O'Donnell of Irricana; her sister-in-law Gladys O'Donnell; and her nephew Dominick (John). She is also survived by brothers, as well as numerous nieces and nephews.
