He is survived by: his wife Ruth; his children, Timothy Strand, TerriAnn Strand, Ruby-Anne Winship and Doug Strand (Karen); his grandchildren, Ruthanne Cady (Alyssa), Will, Brandon Winship, Emily Fisher (Tye), Raelyn, Grant Strand, Grady, Morgan Goian, Raymond and Amelia; and his siblings, Vera, Glen and David Pedersen. He is also survived by 3 great-grandchildren.
