He was predeceased by: his parents, Patrick White and Pearl White; his son Andrew; his sister Mary; and his father-in-law Simon Collins.
He is survived by: his wife Mary White; his children, Simon, Samantha and Sabrina; his grandson Nathan; and his mother-in-law Priscilla Collins.
