It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Stanley James McArthur (Acme, Alberta), born in Spirit River, Alberta, who passed away on November 6, 2018, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his daughter Donna McArthur; his son-in-law John Swallow; his grandsons, Matthew and Jake Swallow of Invermere; his son Dwayne McArthur (Christean Konashuk); his granddaughter Cati McArthur of Spruceview, AB; his sisters, Melba Peacock, Marion Shofner and Jean Yanishewski (Dan); his siblings-in-law, Norma Ferguson, Janet Winsnes (Dale), Peggy Charlton (Ken) and Wally Weist; his parents, Arthur and Margery; his sister Jessie Jackson; his siblings-in-law, Melvyn Jackson, Arnold Peacock, John Shofner, Wynn Weist, Rod Graham, Alex Graham and Ken Ferguson; his nephew-in-law Marc Richard; and also, Jim, Anne Graham, Cati, Matt and Jake. He was also cherished by numerous nieces, nephews.
