It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Selma Unruh (Acme, Alberta), who passed away on August 4, 2023, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Jacob D. Toews and Elizabeth Toews (Reimer); her husband Walt Unruh; her son Lyle (Eva); her grandchildren, Eldrid, Viv, Deanne, Luke, Jaylene, Austin and Emmy; her son Milferd (Shirley); her grandchildren, Courtney, Annabelle, Waldo, Melissa, Nolan, Emily, Aubery and Nina; her son Robert (Monica); her grandchildren, Brendan (Natalie), Kyler, Nats, Jessica, Davon and Vaughn; her children, Ladean of Linden, AB and Verle (Marie); her grandchildren, Sarah, Mandi, Matthew and Laura; her siblings, Melvin and Marj (Jim Baerg); and her sisters-in-law, Joanne Esau, Margaret Fehr, Helen Unruh and Beulah Isaac. She was also cherished by her husband, an infant great-grandson, parents, parents-in-law, 3 infant brothers, 2 infant sisters, 1 brother, 7 brothers-in-law and 6 sisters-in-law.
