He was predeceased by: his parent Robert Bell; and his sibling Ken. He is survived by: his parent Florence Bell; his siblings, Jim, Winston and Lionel; his spouse Michele; and his children, Noelene, Murray and Bussell Hwy Busselton.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in Colin's name to the St John of God Murdoch Community Hospice.
