“Elizabeth and I were friends over many years, first at Cannington Primary School and later at Kent Street High. Later we met at re-unions. When I moved to Busselton we again had some time together but my move back to Perth made visits difficult. We had a wonderful conversation when I rang after Michael's funeral. She was always positive and had a cheerful laugh as we shared years gone by. A special friend. Mavis Goodlet (Spencer)”
