He was predeceased by: his child Andrew. He is survived by: his spouse Lenie (Helena); his children, Jacqueline and Annette; his children-in-law, Russell and Jason; his grandchildren, Jessica, Rochelle, Wade, Lizzy and Sam; and his great grandchildren, Max, Oscar, Elle and Levi.
