She was predeceased by: her child Vicki; and her sibling Ken. She is survived by: her spouse Alan; her children, Robert, Ian (Penny), Michael and Maree; her grandchildren, Nick, Kieran, Richie, Tom, Martin and Andrea; her great grandchildren, Lola, Luca, Charlotte, Sonny, Alice, Thomas, Billy and Zoe; her parents, Martin O'Toole and Win O'Toole; and her siblings, Marie, Lorraine and Gary.
