He is survived by: his wife Judy McMaken; his children, Kathryn Wellington, John A. McMaken (Maryjo), Phillip L. McMaken and Sara Lynn (Paul); and his sister Elizabeth Murphy (William). He is also survived by grandchildren; one great granddaughter; and numerous other relatives and friends.
