He was predeceased by: his parent James Clinton Cooke; his wife Janet Virginia Mason Cooke; and his sister Blanche Stegman. He is survived by: his parent Blanche K. Ford Heath; his sons, Richard G. Cooke of Fruitland, James C. Cooke (Joseph Eagan) of Towson and Theodore Paul Cooke, Jr. (Anna) of Snow Hill; his grandsons, Theodore Cooke, III and Charles Smith; and his great grandchildren, Tristan Smith and Logan Smith.
