Marlene Margaret Bowe Obituary

Sadly, on June 14th 2018, Marlene Margaret Bowe (Parkinson, Queensland) passed away peacefully in her sleep. She was loved by many people including : her spouse Bryan; her children, Naomi and Graham. Marlene had one grandchild, Jessica Louise.
Marlene led a quiet life since retiring, spending much of her time caring for her garden and pets, reading books and listening to fine music. She was interested in collecting various things, keeping her busy for many years. She was devoted to her Uncle Russell - who sadly passed away on 22nd May 2021 at St Josephs Home in Lismore. He dies on Mums birthday, they were close their entire lives.
Bryan and Marlene spent 60 years of married life together, weathering good & bad times together, but always staying close to each other in their own way. They loved having family visit for meals, a swim & a drink.
Marlene always took an interest in what her family were doing, including relatives overseas. She visited England with Russell, securing a life long ambition to travel and meet long lost relatives.
Marlene always had a strong Catholic faith, which in her final months, kept her strong. God chose to take Marlene after a period of poor health & suffering.
