It is with great sadness that we announce the death of George G. Pinney (Park Ridge, Queensland), who passed away on September 2, 2018, at the age of 94, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, George Pinney and Janet Pinney (Daniels); his wife Helen Charney; and his siblings, Mary, James, Janet and Ruth.
He is survived by: his sister Bay Moravian Church; his children, Kevin G. Pinney (Tracy) of Woodway, TX and Karen Mortensen (Peter) of Urbana, IL; and his grandchildren, Abigail Mary-Helen Pinney, Sarah, Ellen and Andrew Mortensen.
Memorial donations in honor of George may be made to any public library.
