He was loved and cherished by many people including: his brother Colin; his sister-in-law Helen; and his nieces and nephews, Nicholas, David, Learne and Jessie.
Unfortunately, the number of persons able to attend Bill's funeral service will be restricted to those specifically invited by his family, as strict COVID-19 restrictions apply (no more than ten persons to attend the service and social distancing to be enforced).
